In our 24/7 always connected world, balance has never been more important.

Traditum Balance

Vitality through balance, honoring the body, mind, spirit & environment as an integrated whole.

A balanced lifestyle means feeling whole, centered and balanced in all aspects of body, mind and spirit. This includes physical stamina, a sharp mind and a connected spirit. At Traditum Balance we view these aspects as an integrated whole. Our core beliefs are based on the Six Naturopathic Principles, where we honor the body’s innate wisdom and ability to achieve lifelong health and vitality.

Our Holistic Approach
  • We treat each person as a unique individual.
  • We thoroughly discuss history, nutrition, lifestyle and environment as we explore root causes.
  • We work as a partnership to support each client throughout their revival process.
  • We empower clients to choose their best path forward based on the recommendations we discuss.

Most importantly, we’ve been there. We’ve felt the  pain, lethargy and inability to thrive. We found sustainable vitality through a balanced lifestyle.

What does Traditum Balance Mean?
Tradtium: Latin for traditional; participle form of the verb ‘trado’ which means to surrender, hand over, transmit or to teach.

Balance: a condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions. In the body it equals homeostasis.

My experience working with Kristina was enlightening, educational, and empowering. Kristina gave me the tools to continue my journey towards achieving and maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle. Our discussions where guided by my questions and goals. She supplied answers, guidance, and resources. Her approach is education so I can make my own decisions as opposed to telling me I am doing something wrong and I should make changes. I highly recommend working with Kristina!
